Static frequency and voltage converter
Static frequency and voltage converter is intended for transforming one standard of electric power into another. In our static frequency and voltage converter the American electric power standard of 690V, 60Hz can be converted into the Russian standard of 400V, 50Hz with a neutral.
Static frequency and voltage converter advantages:
- No rotating parts;
- Maximum power of total mixed load is 630 kWA;
- Direct start of cage asynchronous motors for slurry processing with simultaneous electric power supply of a camp and other loads from common static frequency and voltage converter wire;
- The system is automatic and does not require the operator to be permanently present;
- Electric power quality and quantity parameters may be delivered to any level of an automatic control system and Customer dispatching;
- Emergency situations are recorded and stored in nonvolatile memory;
- The system has a deep level of backup and majoritizing: one conversion circuit failure does not disable the static frequency and voltage converter; the system will indicate the faulty component, and no special qualification is needed to rectify the fault.
Application
The static frequency and voltage converter makes it possible to use up-to-date electrotechnical equipment in the main technological processes of drilling and up and down operations with various electric power standards from one source.
