Oil and gas industry includes oil and gas fields exploration, borehole drilling, oil and associated gas extraction, pipeline transportation of oil. If we take a broad view at all segments of oil&gas industry we’ll see that NG-Energo works with Customers throughout the whole processing chain, starting from energy supply of exploration and exploitation drilling and completing with efficient solutions in energy supply of oil transfer pumping stations, that are used in pipelines for oil and oil products transportation. NG-Energo business profile starts from supply of power generating equipment and ends with designing and realization of most complicated plug-and-produce projects with individual solutions for customers’ needs, qualified servicing and exploitation by own staff.

Turn-key building of gas-turbine power plant of 20MW for TNK-Uvat, Ust’-Teguss field is one of the largest objects carried out by NG-Energo company.
GTPP uses associated gas as main fuel. The plant was put into operation in March, 2011. Cooperation was continued by second stage building of gas-turbine power plant for Ust’-Teguss field consisting of more than 40 construction facilities with total power capacity of 60MW.
Among the obligations of general contractor there was a full complex of construction and installation works and services as a part of contractor delivery, testing, material and equipment supply, put object into operation and fulfillment of guarantee obligations for guarantee period.

Ust’-Teguss oilfield, gas-turbine power plant, 60 MW

NG-Energo has long-term business relationship with Surgutneftegas Ltd. The most solid projects showing team-work productivity belongs to supplies of gas power plants based on Cummins engines to West-Sakhalin, East-Surgut, North-Seliyar and Yaun-Lor fields. Above mentioned power stations are designed for extraction and utilization of associated gas at oilfields. Their total capacity is more than 27 MW. Since 2005 NG-Energo supplied more than 70 units of diesel power plants with various power rate for Directorate of Prospecting and Exploration Works. The plants work in West Siberia, East Siberia and Yakutiya environmental conditions.

Within the frame of cooperation with the largest oil company RosNeft, NG-Energo performed designing, manufacturing and supply of 15 diesel power plants of various power rate for prime and emergency power supply of fields. Total capacity of generating equipment supplied to RosNeft is 10,5 MW.

For Customer Russneft, Mokhtikovsk field, Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District NG-Energo placed in operation Power Complex with total capacity of 8,5 MW based on «Jеnbacher» generating plants. NG-Energo specialists performed complete design of power plant, manufacturing and supply of additional electric equipment, installation and commissioning works and placing power plant in operation. The complex operates in prime mode for providing auxiliaries of oil field. Gas engine power plant is operated by NG-Energo company. Also for Russneft design, supply, installation works and placing power complex in operation were performed at Stolbovoye field, Tomsk region. Total capacity of power complex, based on «Jenbacher» diesel power stations is 18MW.

Since 2004 NG-Energo has been successfully design and deliver power complexes for various drilling rigs, what is approved by work with leading oilfield services companies and manufacturers of drilling equipment, among them such names as BKE drilling company, Volgograd Drilling Equipment Plant, Uralmash NGO Holding company and many others. NG-Energo designed and supplied for GazPromBureniye Ltd. Fifty five diesel power plants based on Cummins generating equipment, among them 44 units with nominal rating power of 1MW and 11 units with nominal rating power of 320kW. Power stations operates as part of new drilling rigs «Ekaterina» and operated by NG-Energo specialists at oil fields of Orenburg region, Yamal-Nenetsk Autonomous district territory.

In 2005 Naryanmarneftegas OJSC became a consumer of power plants produced by NG-Energo. Total capacity of supplied diesel power stations goes beyond 15MW. Power stations operate at Naryanmarneftegas objects in stand-by mode. According to the contract terms the company executed designing, manufacturing, supply and commissioning works. Maintenance and exploitation of generating plants are provided by NG-Energo specialists.

Power complex modernization in south-western part of Krapivinskaya oil field found place among the solid projects carried out for Gazprom Neft company. The project was related to substitution of gas engine plants for diesel power plants. NG-Energo performed designing and supply of the power complex with capacity of 9MW and acted as general contractor for building works.
