NG-Energo CJSC possesses own production facilities in Saint-Petersburg which is a key structural element of company providing Customer with specified product, manufacture with compliance to all his requirements and expectations.
Capacities located on floor space of 20 000 sq. M. affords company to perform full technological cycle of:
• Assembly of diesel and gas gensets of various power rating;
• Packaging of diesel and gas gensets and drive stations ;
• Assembly and installation of automated control systems;
• Assembly and installation of air compressed stations and pump plants based on diesel and gas engines (modularization);
• Electric installation works;
• Production testing.
Company production capacity allows to penetrate all stages of power plant assembly.
Blank section provides parts blank for assembly of metal constructions. This stage involves metal cutting, work material chopping, production of profiled sheeting for container covering, besides,
lathing and milling is also done here.
Assembly&welding section performs assembly of container body frame into three dimensional frame structure and produces metal structures, being part of power station such as fuel tanks and etc.
There is a special section given for painting and equipped with paint-spraying booth. This section is used for surface preparation and painting of body frame and structural components into colors specified in regulatory documents.
Finishing section provides winterization of container with help of wadding pad of Rockwool FT
Barrier type and internal cladding with profiled sheeting.
Assembly section performs assembly works related to all systems of power station: operating, starting, fuel, oil, exhaust, heating, ventilation, air-delivery, fire-fighting and other system.
Final stage of production cycle is testing of power plants with load according to the approved program method of production testing.
Today the company produces not only generating equipment, but the whole range of electrical products for complex supply: low-voltage packages, transforming substations and switchgears.
NG-Energo pays special attention to quality of manufactured products. There is set of worked out measures for manufacturing of high quality reliable products. It involves organizational measures in order to upgrade work of quality assurance unit, implementation of step-by-step operation control during the whole production cycle, certificating of products and may other things.
Today production capacity affords to produce up to 20 module power stations per month.
