Technical direction of NG-Energo CJSC performs developing and implementation of advanced engineering and technical solutions side-by-side with manufacturers of generating and electrical equipment in close cooperation with scientific-research and design institutes specializes on power supply innovative solutions.

Design engineering activity results of our company are technical solutions such as power units with various engine types, automated control systems of different complexity levels, including units providing parallel mode of work with grid; associated fuel gas conditioning package; power frequency and voltage converter and other products.

Accuracy and safety of NG-Energo design solutions are tested on practice within heavy duty operation and proved by Customers favorable reports and received certificates.

For Neftemash OJSC there were designed, manufactured and installed oil transfer points (the cut near Olyockminsk and Aldan towns) for the first stage building of oil pipeline system «East Siberia – Pacific Ocean». Each transfer point is equipped with 4 automated pump plant with module diesel-engine drive «ENERGO-BKNAU D1600/500-560», operated by 4 Cummins engines, each of 1600kW. Mechanically functioning of the aggregate is guaranteed within environmental temperature from -60°С to +40°С and relative humidity under 100 %. In order to comply with Customer demands NG-Energo arranged number of research & development and design& experimental works, including adaptation of QSK60 Cummins engines for pump direct drive. Oil transfer units do not have analogues in Russia and CIS. Advantages of oil transfer units are stand-alone self-sufficiency, ease of operation, high efficiency and mobility.

Among other projects there is a diesel generating unit «Energo-D16/0,4KN20» which was designed by NG-Energo specialists in compliance with technical specification of Tverskoy Vagonostroitel’ny zavid OJSC. Undercoach power units of 16kW are intended for use as autonomous back-up power source for railway cars. Energo-D16/0,4KN20 consists of diesel generator in special purpose heat-and soundproof jacket and fuel tank of 0,5 or 2,0sq. m. (depends on configuration). The equipment based on Yanmar engine and Cummins generator. At the moment NG-Energo produces Energo-D16/0,4KN20 in lots.

Also there were designed and placed into operation power units ASK-300 NGE and AS-300NGE, intended for use on mobile cement units as a part of Stromneftemash factory equipment, works were ordered by Integra-service GK.
