Rent, service and operation
Rent is a kind of turn-key solution, which allows Customer to obtain energy and heating as end product without purchasing of generating equipment for ownership property. Today the total capacity of own diesel power stations in work is more than 100MW, at the same time gained vast experience and current work with Customers shows variety of rendered services.
Rent necessity occurs in circumstances when connection to the utility grid is not possible due to several reasons or there is top deficit of existing power plants capacity appears as well as in situation when cost effective is needed for providing object with power.
For many industries available energy is a question of strategic profile, steadiness and reliability of manufacturing process. NG-Energo gained experience of providing both small diesel power plants rent and solid power supply packages rent. Diesel and gas power plants of own production based on Cummins engines form basis of the rent park. These plants showed good results and steady operation in practice.
Multiunit power plants differs by flexibility of setting and availability of different modifications. They provide options of power rate scale expansion by means of parallel work and system upgrading with additional modules. One of advantages of rented power plants is module performance, which allows to arrange transportation by any transport type and minimize building works and installation time on site.
NG-Energo possesses enough technological capacity to fulfill combined Customer needs in rent, service and operating of the equipment.
Our practice of such project realization approach in oil&gas industry is fruitful cooperation with TNK-Uvat company, which involved rent of NG-Energo plants with total capacity of 38MW; operation of 42 diesel power plants of several producers owned by the Customer; operating of Gas-turbine and gas engine power plants with total capacity of 35MW.
For «Noviy Port» oil field (Gazprom Neft’) NG-Energo specialists provided not only energy production provided by work of own rented diesel power plants, but operating of transformers, distribution systems, pumps and cable lines as well. Gas engine power plants were also. Rented gas engine power plants with capacity of 3MW were also successfully operated at this field (first stage).

By the order of Rospan international CJSC rent, operating, repairing and maintenance works of generating equipment were performed at Suzunsk, Tagulsk and Rysskoye fields.
Power plants are actively rented for drilling purposes. NG-Energo cooperates with manufacturers of drilling equipment and with companies that directly execute drilling works, for example – cooperation with German drilling company KCA DEUTAG Drilling GmbH, works performed for oil company «Rusvietpetro», when rent and operating of power complexes with total capacity of 8MW were provided.
It’s a common practice when work with Customer on solid power complexes doesn’t stops with designing, supply and commissioning works. After putting power plant in operation Customers are interested in complete successful equipment operating for the whole exploitation period. NG-Energo provided complete maintenance of gas energy complex at Mokhtikovskoye field, composed of seven GE Jenbacher plants with capacity of 1039kW each. Functioning of gas energy complex, electrical and gas facilities was provided by eleven qualified operating specialists of NG-Energo. Similar works are being performed for another energy complex with power rate of 19MW at Stolbovoye oil field for Customer RussNeft’ oil company. Works are being provided by sixteen specialists in on-line operation mode.
Operation services are in-demand not only for remote sites, but for many organizations and facilities developing own power generation. In this case NG-Energo is ready to offer package servicing for energy park operating and maintenance as it was done for Yanino logistic park (Leningrad region). The first stage of this energy park with capacity value of 4 MW was built and placed into operation by NG-Energo specialists in 2011.
