Installation and commissioning
NG-Energo company provides full work package, starting with manufacturing and supply of the equipment and completing with installation, commissioning and put the object in operation.
Executing of installation and commissioning on site is one of the most important stages of project realization as faulty installation of the equipment may incur serious financial losses: genset failure, breach of time limits of put equipment in operation and other.
NG-Energo specialists have long experience of carrying out installation and commissioning works for various rate power plants, operating on different fuel types all over the territory of Russia. During projecting and installation our specialists implicate complex approach in order to consider object specific and features.
Commissioning works include the following actions:
- preparation works on site (readiness inspection of site, integrity and completion of equipment, availability of necessary documentation and etc.)
- equipment degreasing;
- activation (status checkup of batteries, connecting to ground grid and lightning protection earth, level of oil, fuel, lubricants and technological liquids)
- control system installation and adjusting;
- test run and functional testing;
- running individual tests of devices and systems;
- integrated testing (according to the approved program)
- operating personnel training;
- preparation of necessary documentation.
NG-Energo takes care of staff competence and specialists’ education, and periodically arranges advanced trainings in installation, supervision, commissioning and maintenance.
