NG-Energo CJSC provides turn-key construction of power plants for oil&gas industry organizations, mining industry, housing and public utility sector and municipal facilities.
Turn-key construction is a form of single responsibility system for an object, including all stages of work. This method allows to minimize building costs and reduce construction time of generating objects by means of optimal mode performance of designing and building process. As a result faults are detected and rectified in time, solutions are promptly corrected.
Turn-key construction in NG-Energo got its development start in 2009 when diesel power plant building in high north conditions for municipal facility of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District was delivered. Meanwhile, building of diesel generating plants was undergoing at Urensk and Ust’-Teguss fields TNK-VR.
In 2010, Ust’-Teguss field, Tyumen, first stage development building of gas-turbine electric power plant with power rate of 20MWatt was finished in extremely short period of time. The power plant operates on associated gas, customer – TNK-Uvat.
Company has already got solid achievements in designing, supplies, servicing and exploitation of generating equipment before this construction project started. NG-Energo was steady in purpose to take risks for building and installation and to get the whole cycle of power plant building for own responsibility.
Today geography of turn-key objects built by NG-Energo spread from Arkhangelsk region to Kamchatka region. Moreover, the objects we're talking about are quite serious for small-scale power generation as the power rate of these plants based on generating equipment of such world manufacturers as Cummins, MAN, MWM, Rolls-Royce and Centrax has scale from 3 to 60MW. Current technics and advanced technologies in small-scale power generation today afford to apply best suited fuel type for objects under construction such as associated gas, diesel fuel, natural has, heavy fuel oil - for objects under construction.
NG-Energo company has all necessary authorization documents for carrying out designing and construction works. Besides, there are specialized departments in the company, responsible for executing of all building stages. Production plant of the company releases generating and electrical equipment as well as various metal structures, required for object under construction. Long-term partnership relations with leading manufacturers of generating equipment and scientific research institutes affords to offer customers efficient solutions for production, partition and audit of electrical and heat energy.
